Not an upgrade at all...

I liked the old app much better. This new app is way too busy and may have the same functionality but I can’t even stand it because it’s not as organized and pleasing to the eye. It’s also very annoying that now that I’ve downloaded the new app, all of my alerts that I had set up on my accounts are no longer functioning. I called the credit union and was told that they (account alerts) won’t be back functional for awhile because your staff has to hand enter the information....seriously??!! Everyone I know with banks and other credit unions have a functional app AND alerts...and have had those things for awhile now. I had just gotten my alerts set so that they worked well for me and now they are gone, hopefully you all get this new app working better than it is now. Truly bummed.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the switch to Digital Banking, Account Alerts did not transfer over. Luckily, it's a few simple steps to get them set up:

• Once you’ve logged into Digital Banking, select the account you want to set up alerts.
• Select “Alert Preferences” from the menu.
• Select the type of alert you want (balance or transaction) and complete the required fields.
• Select “Add Alert” to save.

Some fixes needed - Sign Out Issue

There are some things that need to be fixed with this application namely the log off button does not work. When you select sign out the password box pops up you enter your password and nothing happens you're still at the main screen there is no pop-up confirmation asking if you're sure you want to sign out. This is a major fly because when I close the application and then re-open it it's still active and live showing the account I signed into. There's also an issue with the pay a bill feature. You have to select more options to schedule a payment in the future and find the buried send later option. I do like that I am able to add my other account that has a separate user name and view it. However when I select log out to log out of that particular account once again the password menu appears over and over no matter how many times you select log out I'm basically stuck in an endless loop. I was able to organize the dashboard and compact the view which helps a bit for aesthetics.
