I think that when money is transferred from one account to another (ex. checking to savings) that it says more then just withdrawal or deposit..it should say below the transaction what account it is going to or from besides it giving you just the last 4 digits of the account it was transferred to or from! Also, the App. has not been allowing me to view my checks once they are posted, and this has been going on for months now!

I personally think the first page is too busy. It is set up like a newspaper layout or parts of the classifieds, especially with the amount of white background. When I opened the app for the first time, I thought it must still be a work in progress.On another note, I can’t be the only one who thinks the credit score is too prominently displayed. Anyone passing by could see it. Unless your objective was to save paper or stick a neon Post-it on page one, there would be nothing wrong with opening another page for credit score information. Those with lousy credit are painfully aware of their predicaments. Many consider credit to be a private matter.

I had money taken out of my account from companies I did not do business with. I filed a dispute with Arbor and within a few days, the money was back in my account. Thank you to Chloe/Khloe (sp?) for helping me and being super friendly when I walked in the door. Excellent customer service and I appreciate all the Staff at Arbor! Thank you!!

This app is constantly down and accounts are unavailable to verify. Sometimes I will check my balance and it will say one thing and then 5 minutes later it says something else and the. Teeters between the two amounts. I tried setting up Apple Pay and it wouldn’t let me attach my card. I called customer service to get help and they said it wasn’t a feature available. A couple of months later I was talking to a branch manager about several unsatisfactory experiences and he told me he has always used Apple Pay with them! I’m looking for a new credit union that is in the year 2022 with technology.
