Designed specifically for ADHD and neurodivergent minds, it creates a simple three-stage sequence before each important meeting. **HOW IT WORKS** Connect your calendar and tap the bell icon next to any meeting. On-Timer sets up three coaching prompts: GET READY (30 min before) "Time to wrap up!" — Your first signal to start finishing what you're doing. GET SET (15 min before) "Head to your desk!" — Time to gather materials, grab water, and feel prepared. GO! (1 min before) "Join now — you've got this!" — Your final prompt to click that meeting link.
