Keeps me sane

This simple app has been a lifesaver! I have it set on “Surprise Me” and it does, but it always seems to happen at the moments I need to stop and breathe the most. I have a very stressful and hectic job and sometimes I literally hold my breath, I have done this since I was young; it is a very bad habit! OMM reminds me to breathe naturally and to clear my mind of what is making me afraid or stressed; sometimes I even laugh when it surprises me because it comes at just the right moment and the stress release is that euphoric. Thank you Marty for this brilliant little app. I love the little blue man, as I refer to him, he has become a trusted guide to calm.

One of the most productive minutes

First review ever... I was made to download this by my MBA professor. UGH! I thought....I don’t have, work, school, training etc... How soon perspectives can change! This one minute mediation grounds me and is simple. Literally one minute. What’s one minute going to do? How can that be productive? Try it an find out. After a week I enjoyed it, after 2 ...I can’t start the day without it. Well worth it!!

Fun and easy way to slip meditation into your day’

I love this cute app! I do longer periods of meditation twice a day but having this app to remind me to slow down and pause is wonderful! It’s amazing that one minute can feel longer than you would expect!

Thus app is also great for instilling the meditation habit easily.
