Much better!

I do like the new app and how it labels my bill payments and utilities and mortgage payments. And also separates my credit card payments and when I’m out dining. Well done on that.

I don’t like how long it takes to show I have made a credit card payment. This has to get faster. It takes up to 3 days for the app to show I’ve made my cc payment!?! Also, I’d love to be able to send friends money through a third party like Venmo or Paypall like other banks have.

Other than that, I love Bill Pay and the overall app design and easiness to use. Thank you

The new iPhone App is a huge step down

For the life of me I can’t figure out why companies update apps and purposely make them less user friendly!? This app is now less user friendly which equals more frustrating. Gone is the ability to choose what account you want to log in to at the Home Screen. Now you have to use your phone’s password/ face recognition if you want one account. And the apps face recognition for the other…lame! Also the Bill pay option is hidden 6 pages away from the home screen!? WHY??? Why on earth would someone want to fight to just log in and then search high and low for the bill pay option….dumb! But here is the good news…you can find the loan me money 💰 option really quick!! 🤦‍♂️ Who every was in charge of authorizing this update should be called in the office and told never to make decisions by themselves ever again.

No card control

Are used to really be happy with the app when it had card controls. After they canceled them, my card was still stuck with those card controls that I had on them and I wasn’t able to change them. I had to change my whole card number which caused a whole slew of other problems with other accounts. i’m still waiting for them to get these card controls back onto the app. I just had an issue with my card and instead of just being able to pause my card I had to totally stop it and now I have to get a new card. This is very inconvenient and very unsafe for my account. I’ve been with this company since I was 16 so it’s been more than 40 years. I need to have more control over my card.
