Safari Extension does not work.
Every time I try to download the extension to safari on my laptop nothing happens.
cannot get it to install
I have been trying for months to install this extension and failing every time. I have tried safe mode, disabling sip, reinstalling catalina and downloaded the extension several times trying to figure out why I cannot install it. I have spent countless hours on google trying to find a solution with no success.
The only reason I need this extension is for the child's school account. I prefer safari because with chrome, firefox and anything else, he bypasses screen time securities and other restrictions I've imposed on the system. Safari seems to be the only browser app that actually respects screen time on the computer.
Please update the extension to be able to properly install it. The teenager is driving me nuts with the wrongdoings on the system!
Great when it works
Afterrebooting the extension almost always works ... a few times. But eventually clicking on it will simply bring up the "Manage Extensions" menu item. Turning the extension off and then back on again seems to fix the problem. Mostly inconvenient, but a production piece of software shouldn't have a bug like that!
