This is the one

I’ve tried 6 other tracking apps, and this is the one. It let’s you track more than 1-3 packages, has no stupid subscriptions (and only a 1 time upgrade fee to the Pro version, yay!), and has location and shipping estimates at a glance, with an available map! You can even have it auto-populate as you get confirmation emails. Amazing!

Only things I’d say that’d make this blow out the others is adding a homescreen widget and a “last updated” time status. But so far I’ve ditched Parcel (I reached out to the dev, asking if I could pay a 1 time fee, he names the amount, instead of the $5 a year fee. Got a rather salty response back about how he didn’t want to do it), and forgot about all the others I’ve tried, some of which never update or show accurate info. This one has been the best so far!

Favorite tracking app, taxing tracking process

Overall this is my favorite tracking app and I've used it across a few of my devices - works okay for it's purpose, minimalist, cross device functionality.

The main feature is the tracking capability, which has a design flaw (maybe intentionally?) when it comes to tracking a package or multiple packages. Pulling down on the main overview screen of all packages renders a quick refresh animation but nothing actually happens. I have to manually go into each package, click the hamburger menu, and then click "Fetch tracking data" to get tracking updates, and to add to it while it may have a auto-refresh interval it'll sometimes say the tracking data was last updated [x timeframe ago] which doesn't seem to be accurate because manually fetching updated tracking data will render new results that would have shown in the tracking history according to the last time it was auto-updated.

Main request is to have pulling down on the overview screen for all packages trigger a "Fetch tracking data" for all of them without needing to do manually and individually. Set a rate limit if there's concern.

Developer deserves credit

I realize this business model doesn’t work in every situation but hopefully more developers try to make it work: app is free to download and use but you must deal with non-invasive ads. Or pay a one time fee and lose the ads and gain access to premium feature. Thank you!

I finally dropped Deliveries as my package tracker because they have slowly been pushing their user base to a monthly or annual sub. Subscriptions allow the developers to become lazy and stop improving their apps (not always, I know). Why not just introduce a new version somewhere down the line instead of subscriptions? Because subscriptions are automatically triggered ! It makes me feel sick.

This app works very well. Better than Deliveries and there’s no sub.
