I have been using this app lately and it has been so convenient and cost effective to book from one way journey. Earlier I had to pay for driver plus a round trip and that too I had to find the taxi and coordinate. The app has made my life easier.

Attempted to use this to book a trip. Received confirmation email immediately afterwards. Called them to confirm my booking and that while it says “Driver to be assigned” they guaranteed me that one would be assigned 2 hours before the trip. No driver was assigned to me. I had to call them multiple times and they gave me the run around until 15 minutes after my departure time when they told me that they have no drivers and I should “look on the internet for other options”. They would not offer any other assistance in getting to my destination or even suggest other options.
