When your mind feels rushed, or you simply need a quiet moment, take a walk through OnWave’s lighthouse village at your own pace.
Explore six places and choose an activity that fits the moment.
• Lighthouse Hill: pause with an urge, try breathing or grounding tools, and set a moment to step away from an app.
• Quiet Bay: take a short rest and slow your breathing.
• Recovery Garden: check in with your feelings and write a letter to yourself.
• Village Square: look back on your records and your week.
• Village Market: put off a purchase decision and revisit it later.
• Heart Pier: save an encouraging voice on your device and, if you choose, connect with a friend.
Try the one-minute rest for free. You can explore the village without an account or a friend. Full activities may require an in-app subscription. See the purchase screen for available products, prices, billing periods, and trial eligibility.
Your personal records are not sent automatically to friends. App shields apply only to apps you choose on supported devices, and you can remove all shields inside the app. Recording and notifications are used only when you choose those features and grant permission.
The app interface and guidance are currently provided in Korean.
