OpenFault is an open-source error tracker you host yourself. It speaks the Sentry protocol, so your existing SDKs only need a new DSN, and your error data stays on your own server.
The iOS app pairs with your instance by scanning a QR code from its Settings page. New issues show up live. You can resolve, mute or assign them from the app or straight from a push notification, and keep an eye on things with home-screen widgets. You need a running OpenFault server to use the app.
