Private iCloud synchronization keeps your own signed-in Apple devices current without a TeamAdler account or developer-operated backend. Operations Binder includes versioned JSON system packets and complete logical workspace archives for controlled interchange, backup, and isolated restore verification. Protected deletion creates a recovery archive before committing the change. The app intentionally does not store passwords, tokens, private keys, recovery codes, or other credential values. It records only approved access instructions and credential-location handles. No subscription. No advertising, tracking, analytics, AI service, monitoring agent, or third-party runtime dependency. Operations Binder is for durable operational context. Active incidents belong in Escalation Binder, and software release execution belongs in Release Binder.
