See how long OPT and STEM OPT applications are really taking. Real timelines from thousands of F-1 students, updated daily. Track your own case step by step. OPT Tracker shows how long OPT and STEM OPT work-permit applications are actually taking right now, based on thousands of real timelines shared by F-1 students. Waiting on your EAD card? Instead of piecing it together from scattered forum posts, see the whole picture in one place. REAL TIMELINES • Browse thousands of Initial OPT and STEM OPT cases • Filter by service center (Nebraska, Texas, Potomac, Vermont) and by premium or regular processing • Sort by filing, biometrics, or approval date • Tap any case to see its full timeline PROCESSING TIME STATISTICS • See how long each stage takes: filing to biometrics, biometrics to approval, approval to card delivery • Compare premium and regular processing side by side • Narrow to recent weeks to see what is happening now, not months ago TRACK YOUR OWN CASE • Enter your dates and follow your progress stage by stage • See how many days have passed since you filed • Edit or delete your case at any time PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Sign in with Apple, Google, or email • Your identity is never shown; other users see only a short abbreviated hint • Delete your account and all of your data from inside the app WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM Timelines are collected from public posts in the r/f1visa OPT community on Reddit and from timelines that users submit themselves. New timelines are added daily. OPT Tracker is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency. Processing times are based on community-reported data and are not official estimates or legal advice. For your official case status, use the USCIS website.
