Orbit Support is how employees at businesses with managed IT reach their support team. If your company's IT is looked after by a provider running Orbit, this app puts that support desk on your phone: raise a request, watch it progress, answer your technician's questions, and get a notification the moment something needs you. RAISE A REQUEST IN SECONDS Describe what is happening, set how urgent it is, and attach a photo of the error if you have one. No form to hunt down and no support address to remember. FOLLOW IT TO RESOLUTION Every request shows its current status and the full conversation with your technician, as a thread you can read back at any time. REPLY WITH PHOTOS Attach screenshots or photos straight from your camera or your library. A picture of the actual error message is usually the fastest route to a fix. KNOW WHEN YOU ARE NEEDED Notifications tell you when a technician replies or needs something from you, so a request never stalls waiting on an email you missed. FIND AN ANSWER FIRST Browse your provider's knowledgebase for the common fixes — often faster than waiting for a reply. KEEP IT PRIVATE Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, so support conversations stay yours even when your phone is unlocked. SIGN IN WITH YOUR WORK ACCOUNT Use the Microsoft work account you already have. There is no separate password to create. Orbit Support requires an account provisioned by your IT provider. You cannot create an account in the app — your provider must list you as a support contact first. If you are not sure whether your company uses Orbit, ask your IT provider. Orbit Support is developed by Data Cube Systems, Inc. on behalf of the IT providers that use it. Your support records are held by your own IT provider, who is your point of contact for any question about them.
