I love Orderly! As someone who does a lot of online shopping for personal and work, I've found the process of returning items to be a huge hassle. Orderly has completely streamlined this process for me, making it easy and stress-free - all my items across multiple retailers in one place.

The app is incredibly user-friendly. I love that it automatically identifies potential returns, the interface is clean and intuitive, and simple to navigate through the return process for each item. Now, I don't miss any return windows and no more scrolling through multiple emails to identify the correct return process. As someone who lives in a city, Orderly is also great to help me track package arrivals and prevent package theft.

Post-pandemic, I’ve moved to ordering my items predominantly online, especially for clothing. I order from several different websites which leaves my email flooded with random orders, making finding a specific email for a specific return very time consuming.

With Orderly, I’ve got a one-stop shop at my fingertips to make any return quick and efficient. When I receive multiple orders at once, if I have an item i need to return, I can open my Orderly app and all my orders are organized by date of purchase with pictures of the items so I can simply click on the order I’d like to return and the app starts my return process for me.

The app also tracks return by dates so I no longer miss the window to make my returns.
