Terrible app

This app is the absolute worst for such an important endeavor. I have a high risk comorbidity and I will be up for the vaccination within days, however the app doesn’t allow for that and will not, when it is time, allow me to make an appointment based solely on my age. I am frustrated and this is the ONLY way to get a vaccine. Totally ridiculous and irresponsible. I have also sent two emails to address this situation to no avail - no response. I have called the health department and they do not know how to reach the app company or how to set the profile for high risk vaccine alerts. The government changed the guideline recommendation today and very shortly high risk individuals will be open to get the vaccine. How will Othena account for this? If they don’t, hospitalizations and death will be on their hands. Furthermore, this morning the app said over 65 could get vaccinated then they changed it. Unbelievable.

I can’t even log in!!!!!

This is such a glitchy app. Even the website. I understand that there’s a lot of traffic these days, but even when there’s not much traffic, I can’t even log in.

I first registered, and then couldn’t log back in. After refreshing/closing and re-opening the app & the website at least 100 times over 3 days, I finally logged in and they told me to change the password. Now it doesn’t work period. Whether I enter the new one or old one, it tells me it’s a wrong password. Ugh! I clicked on requesting to set password, and I get a message saying no email found. So I tried to re-register on the website, and it tells me the email is already registered!!! Such a headache and I am pretty much stuck!

There isn’t even a link to report problem. This is a junky app/website.

This is not working to get people vaccinated!

Received invite as 1A. Created a profile. Been trying to schedule vaccine appointment for 5 days now. App crashes frequently. Usually tells me no appointments available. The one time I did see availability and try to schedule it stated appointment no longer available with each time slot I selected. Then a few minutes later stated no vaccine sites in my area. This is not the way to get people vaccinated. And this isn’t a “bug” with the app it is just a poorly developed app. Now that age 65 and over are going to also be added to the vaccination pool using this app I fear obtaining an appointment will be near impossible. Very poor planning and execution on such an important health issue.
