Oussama Services is the residents’ app of Oussama Promotion Immobilière. A problem in your home or in the common areas? Report it in seconds, then follow it through to resolution, talking directly with your residence’s customer service.
REPORT
• Pick a category from your residence’s list: plumbing, electricity, lift, common areas…
• Describe what is happening and add a photo if it helps.
• The app suggests an urgency based on the category, and you can change it before sending.
FOLLOW
• Every request moves through clear steps: received, taken over, in progress, resolved.
• One conversation per request with customer service, photos included.
• Has the problem come back? Report a recurrence, linked to the earlier request.
STAY INFORMED
• A notification when customer service replies, when work starts and when your request is resolved.
• Your residence’s announcements: outages, works, reminders.
• Your residence’s directory: concierge, guard post and emergency numbers.
EVERY DAY
• In French, English or Arabic, light or dark.
• Without a network, your messages wait on the phone and go out by themselves when the connection is back.
Your account is created by your residence: sign in with the phone number it recorded and the code sent by SMS or WhatsApp.
