Outcode 1.0 is here. Build on your Mac and install on your iPhone from anywhere, no cable or TestFlight. Prompt Claude Code and ship your releases from your phone. Ship to your iPhone from anywhere. Outcode connects your iPhone to your Mac. Build your iOS app on the Mac and install the fresh build on the phone in your hand in seconds, from home, the office, a café or a train. No cable, no TestFlight, no waiting for processing. INSTALL OVER THE AIR Tap Install on iPhone and your Mac builds your iOS app for the phone, no build script needed. Got your own build step? Have it print the path to your .app or .ipa. Either way, Outcode packages the build and gives you an Install button on the phone. The app shows each stage, from the download to the Open button. Builds come straight from your Mac over your own Tailscale network, on a private link that expires after an hour. YOUR COMMANDS, ONE TAP AWAY Every project gets a panel of its build, test and script commands, grouped by the apps it ships. Run them from your phone and watch the terminal output live, so you see a failing build before you're back at your desk. Files a command makes, like a report or an export, open on the phone to save or share. A Next.js app gets a Start dev server button, and Open shows the running site on your phone. The Commands overview shows the latest runs from every project together. CLAUDE CODE IN YOUR POCKET Prompt Claude Code from your phone. Type it, dictate it or attach a photo of the bug. Claude works on your Mac with your usual login, settings and each project's CLAUDE.md. - Approve commands, answer questions and review plans with a tap. - Read every edit as a real diff, file by file, then push the branch from the Changes tab. - Follow every project's sessions in one overview, two to a screen, and see which need you, which are working and which finished while you were away. - Jot ideas down in a project's queue, start them as sessions when you're ready, and go from a finished session straight to the next idea. - Pick up a session you started in the terminal, or take one back to your desk. RELEASE FROM YOUR PHONE Review what changed since the last release, regenerate the App Store screenshots, write the store texts with Claude, bump the version, upload the build and submit it for review, all from your phone. A new app that isn't in App Store Connect yet gets its bundle ID registered there too. npm packages get their own version and publish steps. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no Outcode server. The Outcode daemon runs on your Mac and talks to your iPhone directly inside your tailnet, encrypted by Tailscale's WireGuard. Your App Store Connect keys and npm tokens stay on your Mac. Pairing takes one QR code, and you can revoke a phone at any time. WHAT YOU NEED - A Mac with Xcode, Claude Code and Node 20 or later - An iPhone on iOS 26 - Tailscale on both, signed in to the same account - The free Outcode CLI on the Mac: npm i -g outcode Over-the-air installs work with development or ad hoc signed builds whose provisioning profile includes your iPhone. App Store releases need an App Store Connect API key. Outcode is an independent app and is not affiliated with Anthropic or Tailscale.
