KEEP THE WHOLE OUTING TOGETHER Create one shared outing for dinner, coffee, groceries, transport, or a weekend away. Keep multiple receipts and different payers in one place. SCAN ONE RECEIPT—OR SEVERAL Choose photos of separate receipts and review each receipt in turn. For a long receipt, add several photos of its different parts and scan them together as one receipt. You can also photograph a receipt or enter it manually. REVIEW EVERY DETAIL Check items, quantities, prices, taxes, service charges, discounts, and the final total before saving. Edit details and review any part of a scan that needs attention. CLAIM YOUR QUANTITY. SHARE A SINGLE ITEM. Had more than one of the same item? Choose how many belong to you. Shared one plate or drink? Divide that individual quantity between the people who shared it. Review the portion breakdown, assign items to specific people, let guests claim their own items, or split a receipt equally. ADD MULTIPLE PAYERS More than one person covered the bill? Record each payer and the amount they contributed to the same receipt. OutingBill includes those contributions when calculating everyone's balance. SIMPLIFY PAYMENTS WITH SMART SETTLE Smart Settle reduces unnecessary transfers across the outing while keeping everyone's final balance exact. See a clear plan for who pays whom, including when people have paid for different receipts. INVITE FRIENDS OR GUESTS Add registered friends, share an app join code, or send a private guest link. Guests can join, claim items, review their share, and follow settlement in a mobile browser without installing the app. TRACK PAYMENTS TO CONFIRMATION Open a saved InstaPay link when available, keep optional payment proof with the outing, and track payments as sent, awaiting confirmation, or settled. Transfers are completed outside OutingBill; OutingBill does not hold or move money.
