Will not allow you to do anything
I should have known that the app would work no better than the website. Just like the website, once you navigate to the "dashboard", it will not allow you to see your bill, pay your bill, check usage... Or anything for that matter. So, as of now the app is utterly useless.
Junk
Just like their website, nothing works. You would think by the way the have been gouging this entire city that they could at least make something that would allow you to pay their massive bills stuffed full of misc fees
