Set work, rest and rounds, then start. Build a routine with named exercises, different durations, repeated sets, preparation and cooldown. Preview every phase before you begin.

Pacefold works offline without an account. No ads, analytics or invented health measurements.
Optional lock-screen notifications depend on iOS notification, sound and Focus settings. The next 60 transitions can be scheduled; reopen the app during longer sessions to refresh them. Spoken names and haptics are foreground features. After an unexpected close, recovery starts paused at the last saved checkpoint; unavailable time is not added.
