Weekly plan sharing is here, with clearer workout structure display and a more polished workout detail experience. A training tool built by a runner, for runners. This isn’t a product built by a big company. PacerMind started as something I built for my own training. Over time, it slowly became an app that other runners might also find useful. Why PacerMind exists I’ve always been the kind of runner who doesn’t really fit into running clubs. I don’t enjoy fixed group schedules, and I rarely manage to align my life with organized training sessions. But I still have goals. I want to get stronger. I want to run more consistently. And like many runners, I still carry a quiet desire to run a new PB someday. The reality, though, is simple. Work gets busy. Life is unpredictable. Most training has to be figured out alone. PacerMind was born from that situation. At first it was just a few small tools to make my own training more structured. Then it slowly grew into something more. What PacerMind focuses on today PacerMind is still evolving. Rather than trying to do everything, the app currently focuses on three things that I believe actually matter for long-term training. 1. Turning Apple Watch into a real training tool All training sessions can be synced directly to Apple Watch Workout. No need to constantly check your phone. Just run. Your watch will guide the workout: Automatic workout segments (warm-up / main / cool-down) Built-in Tempo, Interval and Long Run structures Siri pace alerts when you run too fast or too slow Works both outdoors and on treadmill No iPhone required during the workout For runners who train alone, this creates a quiet sense of companionship. 2. Understanding a workout, not just recording it Most running apps focus on recording numbers. But meaningful training is really about structure. PacerMind breaks a run down into actual training segments such as: Easy / Marathon / Threshold / Interval / Repetition Using metrics like: pace heart rate cadence pacing stability The app generates a short Post-Run Insight to help you reflect on the session. It doesn’t judge you. It simply helps answer a few useful questions: What happened in this workout? What is improving? What should I pay attention to next time? 3. Weekly reflection instead of daily pressure Running is a long-term sport. Progress doesn’t happen in a single run. Each week, PacerMind generates a Weekly Insight that helps you review: your training completion changes compared to last week alignment with your plan suggestions for the coming week Think of it as a calm training journal. About the training plans I want to be very honest about this. The automatic training plan generation in PacerMind is still evolving. Right now it should be viewed as: A structured framework, not a perfect answer. If you already have your own training philosophy, it can work as a reference and companion. If you’re still exploring your training, it can help prevent obvious mistakes. When the plan generation system truly becomes something I fully trust, I will say so clearly. Who PacerMind is for PacerMind might suit you if you: prefer training alone don’t have fixed time for group runs have a race goal in mind quietly want to run a little faster want structured training without studying complex theory want to fully use Apple Watch for workouts care more about long-term progress than occasional peak performances Final thoughts PacerMind isn’t a flashy running app. It’s more like a small tool that grows with your training. If one day you run a new personal best, maybe a tiny part of that journey will include this app. Privacy Policy https://rainlonely.github.io/pacermind-website/privacy.html EULA https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
