Simple Banking for business on the go

Pacific Premier Banks app allows me to quickly and easy complete my banking needs when I am on the go. I am always able to view balances, transfer funds, make a deposit, approve ACH or Wire transfers, and schedule bill payments. This app is very convenient for me to do all my business banking while traveling!!

This app, like the bank website, is not easy to navigate until you know that the programmer used symbols that are not typically associated with their purpose, to direct the user. For example a + at the bottom of the page for “deposit” which if placed on the accounts page makes some sense but is very unclear unless you have figured out that this is how the programmer thinks. It would be better if the programmer considered how people using the app think. Maybe the app is designed that way so a robot cannot figure it out, but I think That is a generous interpretation.

Gross misunderstanding of what’s needed by customer, I was told you loose/stolen business credit card can be replaced in 14 days , there is no overnight shipping unlike the major banks who deals with lot more clients. You make a mistake in typing your id/pswd -x3 different times, even over an extended period of time , in total , you have to make a call only during working days, else you get locked. No forgot password button, no customer number , no security questions on that locked page.
