Instead of taking scattered photos, you create a record tied to an order number and follow guided steps: item condition, contents, inside the package, the sealed parcel, the shipping label, and optional package weight. Each record becomes a searchable timeline you can export as a structured PDF (with a per-file integrity check) to share with a marketplace, carrier, or buyer if a dispute happens.
