Which alerts wake you at night is your call. Not the system that sends them. The sender suggests. You decide. With other services the sender sets the priority. With PagerDeck the sender suggests an urgency, and a rule chain in your account turns it into the alert level: by source, tags, text patterns, time of day and weekday. Five levels, each with colour and symbol: • Silent: stays in the history, wakes nobody. • Low: delivered without sound. • Normal: ordinary notification with sound. • High: time-sensitive notification. • Critical: breaks through Focus and the silent switch when you allow it. Rules that still hold in the third month: • Rules run from top to bottom. Each matching rule applies its actions; a rule with Stop ends the chain. • A storm on one incident is one incident, not one ring per repetition. • Quiet hours, including ones that run past midnight. Sign in directly in the app with Apple, GitHub or email. Alternatively, pair your phone using a code or QR code from the web dashboard.
