Great app, great rates, great costumer service
This is a great app for transferring money to China. I have looked into several others and this one gives the best rates. One user reported that their advertised rate is higher than the actual rate. This is not strictly true. On the homepage, they indicate the current exchange rate. However, if you check how much RMB will be transferred / $1000, you can see very clearly what rate they give you. I have looked into several different companies and this one gives you the most RMB for your USD. I highly recommend it. I also found their customer service to be very prompt and helpful. I had some difficulty with linking my bank, I got escalated to customer service rep 77 (qi qi) and she was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed. Overall, I highly recommend this app and service.
Great remittance app
I was very impressed with Panda Remit. Their money transfer service is fast and efficient, saving me from red tape and waiting time. With Panda Remit, I can easily send money around the world, whether it's for study abroad payments or personal remittances, it's easy and convenient. Their exchange rates are competitive and their fees are very transparent and reasonable. I am impressed with their professional team and excellent customer support, both in online chat and email, to answer my questions very quick. Panda Remit is my preferred cross-border payment service provider and I am very satisfied with their services.
Scam. Do not use
Customer service is: 0831 ended my call in the middle of the communication. They marketing the transaction is instant delivery. However, after taking money from my bank account immediately. After 15 hours, they require me to send out more information. After I sent the information, they told me the their bank system is offline and need to wait 3 days. However, the customer service also said the bank can do verification during the offline time, but they can not process the transaction. Now they had over 2000USD from me for days because this bank offline status. Imagine how many other users got their money hold in their bank account. And a business that holds millions of dollars for one day can generate profits. But we as customers need to pay for the time, even a large transaction fee.
Worst customer service, and a scam company. Do not use!
