Great so far until now
I have been using this app for years now and nothing but positive things to say, other than the fact that I just tried to generate a contract this morning and now cannot move the text fields to their corresponding locations. There seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed. Please continue to make this application great.
Long history
I’ve used this ap for years on a daily and weekly basis running my landscaping company. We’ve had issues nonstop. I pretty much run my company from my iphone, and my office prepares the proposals and I review and approve from my phone while on the go. I’ve had issues receiving and viewing and approving regularly, also in going to existing proposals or signed proposals, they disappear or become expired and also somewhere in between where there is no message but can not be viewed from my phone while on the go. Constant hiccups and no fluidity of steady flawless functionality. I would love for this application to work for me after we’ve developed the multiple templates and processes, it continues to cause issues.
Great Service, App Needs Work
I’ve been a paid PandaDoc subscriber for about two years. The service is great and saves my company a lot of time, while giving a professional image. The app, however, is not as useful as it could be. There are a lot of features of PandaDoc that aren’t included. Simple things like deleting a row in a table can’t be done using the app, forcing me to just use PandaDoc via Safari on my iPad Pro. If that’s the case, why even have an app at all if users need to use a browser for full functionality?
