Each morning Parables gives you one saying: a Zen kōan, a line from Marcus Aurelius, a verse from the Gospels, a line from Sun Tzu, a Japanese proverb, an old Irish blessing. You write what it means to you, and seal it in your private journal.
The traditional meaning waits behind "Learn more", so your own reading always comes first.
SEVENTEEN TRADITIONS, YOUR CHOICE Nearly 700 sayings from Japanese, Zen, Buddhist, Taoist, Chinese, Indian, Jewish, Christian, Stoic, Greek & Roman, English, Celtic, African and Arabic wisdom, words of historic figures from Alexander the Great to Abraham Lincoln, sayings on self-mastery from Seneca to Musashi, and fables and parables.
