The PARKEY application is designed to offer a complete and seamless solution for parking management, whether in private or on-street parking lots, while meeting the needs of drivers.
1. Authentication and account management
Creation and connection: Users can easily create a prepaid account by entering their phone number, email, first name, last name and vehicle registration. Once authenticated, they can access all the features of the application.
Account management: Each user can view and update their personal information, and top up their parking balance securely on their prepaid account, facilitating future payments without interruption.
2. Prepaid account
Principle of the prepaid account: The account created by the user operates on a prepayment system, where the balance is topped up in advance via secure payment methods. This balance covers parking costs, without the need to manage payments for each use.
Top-up and fund management: The user can top up their account at any time with the amount of their choice, ensuring the availability of funds for future parking. Once the balance is used up, a notification prompts them to top up the account to avoid any interruption of service.
Transaction tracking: Transactions are tracked in real time, providing full visibility on the remaining balance and expenses incurred.
3. Parking in a private car park
Parking selection: PARKEY offers a list of available car parks nearby, managed via the platform. The user can quickly choose a car park.
Choice of duration: The user can select the parking duration or opt for predefined options (full day, half day, etc.), adjustable according to their needs.
Integrated payment: Payment is made directly via the application using secure payment methods, thus eliminating the need for cash registers or machines.
4. Vehicle management
Overview: PARKEY offers a clear view of all vehicles registered by the user, facilitating their management.
Add, modify and delete: Users can add new vehicles, update the information of existing vehicles (license plate, make, etc.), or delete a vehicle in one click.
5. Parking Session History
History Viewing: Users have access to a detailed history of their parking sessions, with locations, durations and amounts paid, allowing for precise tracking of their expenses.
History Sharing: History can be shared with third parties for administrative or personal reasons, directly from the application.
