Parlor Social Club 17+

I moved to NYC about a year and a half ago and didn’t have as many friends as I’m used to having after a year in a new city (I’ve moved a lot for my career). Joining Parlor six months ago changed everything.

There’s two ways to view Parlor: the quality of the events and the friends you make. For me, Parlor would be worth it just for the cool events I get invited to — even if I hadn’t made friends. And Parlor would be worth it just for the friends I’ve made — even if the events weren’t great. But the events are amazing and so are the people. It’s the best of both worlds.

I have had the pleasure of being a member of Parlor for quite some time, and I can confidently say that it has exceeded my expectations in every way. My first event I was welcomed with open arms by a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who share my interests and passion.

I enjoy the the engaging events and activities . Whether it's thought-provoking discussions, art galleries, mixers or simply spending quality time together I enjoy creating memorable experiences.
One thing I appreciate is that members come from a wide range of career backgrounds, cultures, and ages, making every gathering an enriching and enlightening experience.

Some of my favorite activities are the wellness and the self development which we all can always use. Overall the people keep me coming back :)

Pretty happy about this service. The only place I think that needs improvement is the app itself. There is literally zero reason to connect with someone over the app because there is no way to continue that connection. At the very least there should be a social bar where we can reach out to that person. The better idea would be to have someway to have a conversation. That way you can keep people on the app instead of making them go somewhere else.
