Parry's Pizza 4+

The food is amazing!!! We have been here 4 times in 3 weeks!!!! The problem we have is that we can’t choose what we want to eat…..pizza, pasta, sandwiches, wings, appetizers…..we can go in and on but you get the gist.

I have been using the app for a couple months now, and 95% of it works great, with the exception of the rewards program in which you get points for the money you spend. My last several orders over the last couple of months have not registered any points on the app, not sure what could be leading to the issue, I get a notification on every order that the loyalty program is “experiencing difficulty, so you may or may not receive any points for this order”. I’d say either fix the longstanding issue or remove the option for points, cause it’s not been working for sometime anyway.

Last 3 times time i have ordered Takeout and said I would pick it up in an hour. It’s never been ready!!! They tell me it will be ready shortly. Half hour later here comes the rest of my food after the pizza has been sitting there for who knows how long. Spoke to the manager and she responded “what do you want me to do”. Make you another pizza. Why would I do that and wait another half hour. I was hoping for some compensation I told her. She was like that’s not going to happen. So sad how customer care has gone down so much. Won’t be back poor customer service.
