Can’t order roll back specials
Tried ordering and it didn’t go through so I had to call the restaurant. Also you can’t order the roll back specials so what’s the point?
Link accounts
After downloading the new app, you must click “sign up with email” instead of “log in with email” even if you already have an online account. When you do this on the app for the first time, your app will link to your established online account and your points will show up. I saw the negative review and thought I’d share I had the same problem, so I just signed up with matching account info and it worked.
Terrible app
I was able to use it the very first time and then not again. They can’t pull up with my phone number. Even when they scan the barcode the points never change. I hope they fix all these problems.
