Taco Cabana 4+

You can add cards but not edit or delete them. The ONLY place you can see your cards on file is during Checkout. In there I can swipe left on an expired card but when I press Delete nothing happens. Besides Delete not working, why not let me update the expiration date, instead of adding the same card again with valid expiration, etc.?

Downloaded this cause I was craving tacos all day… where to even start… wouldn’t let me order anything through the app and kept giving an error… so, I went through drive through… 3 crispy beef tacos add sour cream, a chicken burrito bowl with no shell, and a chicken fajita quesadilla… long story short… not ONE single item was correct… received three soft tacos with no sour cream (crispy tacos with sour cream is literally why I didn’t go to Taco Bell… in hindsight… I should have)… chicken burrito bowl came with a shell… and my quesadilla literally had nothing in it… no cheese, no chicken… “do you want pico de gallo?” “Yes please”… nope none of that either… it was essentially two tortillas that were slightly warm… my dogs hesitated eating it… thankfully for your sake they are fat and will eat just about anything… I guess what I’m trying to say is I’m disappointed… I had been craving a good taco all day… and even ordered a quesadilla in case the tacos didn’t hit the mark… swing and a miss… well… at least we have the wife’s bowl… oh wait… that was incorrect too… it’ll be a minute… but I hope next time we will at least be able to pretend y’all listened

This is the only app I’ve ever bothered to get on here and write about. The functionality of this app is absolutely terrible and your developers need to be replaced. It keeps logging me out, told me my credentials were wrong which they weren’t. I tried to then log in through Facebook thinking I must be wrong. Well now I’m stuck at the page to enter my phone number which it won’t allow me to do because the number is already used on another account. Why can’t you exit out of that page?? So I deleted the app entirely, tried to redownload and it won’t download at all now. Oh well. Sucked having to order through the app and then park and CALL THE STORE to tell them you’re there. Why can’t you pick it up through the drive thru like every other restaurant? Geofencing?? Or at least let me put in a parking spot number myself. This app is not user friendly.
