Description
Party Jukebox brings the feel of a real jukebox to your party by allowing your friends to pick songs on your device while the current song plays. The new songs are added to the playlist in random order. A skip function allows you to skip over an unpopular selection and a Play/Pause button is provided as well. More songs can be added to the playlist at any time without interrupting playback. Song title and artist are displayed in large easy to read text along with album artwork (when available). In addition to requests, you can load a party song list just to get and keep the music going until your friends make requests.
Avoid hours of preparing playlists and CDs for your party by letting your friends pick their favorite tunes from the songs on your device at the party. The simple user interface is specifically designed for newcomers not familiar with the device.
Party Jukebox is perfect for your next party and your friends can even leave their quarters at home!

Ratings and Reviews
Does not play music outsde of app
It works great as a jukebox, but once you leave this app. it stops playing and it will erase all of the songs that were in the list. I'm stll looking for an app that will use the iPod with jukebox function. So far Jukebox DJ is the closest thing that works, but still does not play the next song outside of that app.
Needs a few 'button's
App is exactly what I was looking for, on-the-fly picking of songs to play during a party or dinner. What it needs is an on-screen volume control and airplay button. Got around the airplay functionality by running the standard music app, choosing the airplay speakers I wanted. Then going to Party Jukebox and selecting the songs I wanted. Fortunately it 'remembers' the redirection to the airplay speakers.
I also have no idea what the two icons at the bottom do. They look like 'playlist' and 'edit' icons, bit are dimmed on both my iPad and my iPod touch. Maybe it's something that 'broke' in IOS 5.01?
Otherwise, I like this and will recommend to some friends that were asking for this type of jukebox app.
Keep working on it
Good UI concept. Simple and straightforward but very buggy. Could not even get 3 songs to play in a row in the queue on the iPad or to Apple TV without constantly having to hit play/pause or skip to next song button. Glad I tested before the party but wasted 99cents.
