The person who bought the parking lots in Midtown is running a scam. Like others have said, this app does not connect you to support, the app barely functions, and it isn’t up front with all the extra charges involved.

Worst though is the reason this app exist in the first place. I have lived in OKC for almost a decade and the parking lots around Midtown have been free the entire time. Some greedy, selfish person has bought all of the lots around Midtown and charged for parking.

Lots they do not maintain. There is broken glass everywhere. The meters do not work. The lots are not manned, so there is no security for your car. So what am I paying for? The privilege of parking my car in lots that were already free for a decade.

I am 100% convinced this app is a scam. I used this app to pay for parking in downtown Tulsa. 15 minutes after I had paid for parking I received a ticket. The receipt tab on the app would never load so I could dispute the ticket. I used the communication tab to try and get ahold of someone for help and never received a response. I then called the company number, no one answered. I left them a message and still never heard anything back. I was level headed and calm in my email and phone message but never the less I ended up having to pay the parking ticket. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

There is no way to select a time amount in the app. It shows a one time fee for parking. Not only does it take 10 years to create an account with them in the shady looking app, they’ll also give you a ticket after paying through said sketchy looking app. I paid for parking yet got a $35 ticket for no reason. This is a ridiculous scam in midtown.
