Passly Authenticator transforms your smartphone into a two-factor authentication device capable of receiving push notifications or generating unique one time passwords (OTP) to make logins more secure. You can also use the Passly Authenticator to securely manage two-factor authentication for many other popular 3rd party applications and services that make use of OTPs. This app provides identity assurance protection when you need to log into protected resources such as Windows servers and workstations through Terminal Services and DirectAccess. It also provides credentials for VPNs, WLANs and web applications like Remote Web Workplace, Outlook Web Access and SharePoint. It provides your credentials to web applications like Office 365 and Google Apps, and offers direct access into thousands of your favorite applications and websites with Passly Single Sign On. You can automatically provision the authenticator through your first time onboarding experience or at any time through your online profile if you have a Passly account. If you are having any issues, please contact your IT Department or Managed Service Provider. They can open a ticket with our support department to assist.

It looks like we have to open the app to get a notification and if you have it open a swipe to refresh is no longer enough I have to close and reopen it to get notification.

Currently the server is down so we’ve been having extensive issues accessing our computers at the aerospace company I work for. As you can imagine, it’s cause hold ups on many levels. This is the 4th day of not being able to log in and get going. Haven’t received word on when it will be fixed. Even when typing the correct passcode, and trying to use the OTP, it refused access. Not a great my program. Try another.

I spend all day logging into clients sites doing IT support. Passly is the only 2FA app that requires you to have the application open in order to get pinged the notification. Stick with Duo or MS Authenticator I find them easier to use. If there is a setting I’m missing for notifications I haven’t found it yet.
