Paste Queue 4+

This is a standalone FREE app, but it is a great addition and natural companion to the best copy/paste paid app out there: Copy’Em Paste. I looked forever (2018) for a decent copy and paste utility that was powerful enough for daily work (spreadsheets, word processing, browsing) AND didn’t require a lot of back-and-forth in the interface. Almost all of the easiest to find copy-paste apps have terrible, time-consuming (if colorful) interfaces to actually DO things — like copy a bunch of items, then paste a bunch of items. This free app does the latter very well (serial copy/paste). But the paid app (Copy’Em Paste) is utterly awesome, and has all of the features that past mature but now discontinued apps used to have. Try something else, then compare it to this free app. Then buy the paid app and you’ll be set for excellent workflow. (And no, I don’t know the developer or have any horse in this race, I’m just a user.) Thank you, How Chang.

I looked for years to find a tool that would let me easily copy a bunch of things in a row, then paste those same things into another app in the same order. I had a tool like that in Windows (Clipmate) but struggled to find an equivalent in MacOS. I finally found it with Paste Queue. This little utility will save you soooo much time if you do this sort of thing frequently. I'm not sure what else I can say. Just try it out. You can literally download it, install it, go through the tutorial, and be using it in 3 to 5 minutes.

I had a project there rquired a lot of manual copy/paste. This utility is easy to understand and has a good, short tutorial that’s always available to refer to. I like how the software stores “copies” sequentially so they can be pasted sequentially too. The subtle sound cues are helpful too. I was able to dramatically reduce the time of my project using this utility. Highly recommended!
