Patterns is a focused app for daily journaling and OCD self-tracking through structured reflection. Use it to record journal entries, track obsessive or compulsive events, note distress levels, and review patterns over time in a calm, private space. Features: • Daily journaling for dated reflections • OCD self-tracking for obsessions, compulsions, responses, and distress levels • Simple insights to review trends and consistency • Manual JSON export and import for local backups • Optional app lock using your device passcode or biometrics • Wipe all data from Settings Privacy: Patterns is local-first. Your journal entries, OCD events, distress ratings, and app preferences stay on your device. The app does not create an account, upload entries to a server, sell data, or share data with third parties. Important: Patterns is for personal reflection and self-tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, and it is not a replacement for care from a qualified clinician.

What's new in 1.1.2: • Fixed the app lock getting stuck in an endless Face ID / Touch ID prompt loop. Enabling and unlocking now work the first time. • When biometric authentication can't run — too many attempts, locked out, or no enrolled biometrics — the lock screen now explains what's wrong instead of silently retrying. • Edit past OCD events: open any entry to update its content, distress level, response, or action. • Filter your OCD timeline to show only high-distress events. • Search your journal by date or content. • Import previews now validate backup files before replacing your data, and show how many entries will be restored.
