Pausemark helps you manage your screen time by interrupting your scrolling habits with a journal entry.
Write a few words. Earn a minute of unlocked time. Then spend that minute on the app you chose, intentionally, not on autopilot. The journal entry is the pause: in the seconds it takes to write a line, reaching for the app becomes a decision instead of a reflex. Your conscious brain has time to regain control.

Apple handles all billing through the App Store; Pausemark never sees your payment card. Pausemark Pro Monthly is $4.99 per month; Pausemark Pro Yearly is $39.99 per year. Both plans begin with a 1-week free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings.
PRIVACY
Your writing stays on your device. Pausemark does not upload journal text, sell personal information, or require an account. Pausing other apps uses Apple Screen Time and requires authorization and at least one app or category selected during onboarding. For more information, refer to https://pausemark.app/privacy
