I think I clicked on free trial of Payme Plus subscription. I realized that I was using the Payme Plus when it charged me a monthly fee of 44,990 soums on May 15th, 2025. I sent the message on payme regarding canceling the subscription and refunding my payment and I canceled the subscription myself. Cause I did not receive any response, I called customer service on May 17th to refund my money because only 2 days passed since payment and there are 28 days of unused subscription period. They told me they can’t help with it. I consider it as unethical. I know it is not not big payment, but I do not like to be ripped off. Be ready to lose your money if you are not careful enough.

If the service is activated, it will automatically renew for a monthly fee of 44,990 UZS once the trial period ends, and the payment will be deducted from your linked card.This is clearly stated in the service terms and conditions.
