The PayPal Prepaid Mobile App lets you manage every aspect of your account wherever you are, whenever you need it. That means it’s easy to do things like:

• Transfer funds instantly from your PayPal Account to your PayPal Prepaid Mastercard® Account
• Check your account balance and transaction history
• Find no cost reload locations
• Load checks straight to your account it’s as easy as taking a picture*

1 PayPal Transfers require a PayPal Balance account and a personalized card, which arrives within 10 business days after activation of your instant issue card. If you do not already have a PayPal Balance account you will link to this Card; visit www.paypal.com to get one, or you may get one when you activate this card online. Account with PayPal required for certain features, but not to have the PayPal Prepaid Card. Transfers may not exceed $300 per day/$2,000 per rolling 30 days and are limited to the funds available in your PayPal Balance account. Transfers may only be made in the name of a valid PayPal Prepaid Mastercard Cardholder. Only one (1) PayPal Prepaid Mastercard may be linked to one (1) PayPal Balance account. PayPal Transfers cannot be reversed or canceled. The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and Mastercard are not affiliated with, and neither endorses nor sponsors, the PayPal.com online account to which various funding sources, including a PayPal Prepaid Card, may be linked.

* Mobile Check Load is a service provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for message and data usage. Additional transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions may be associated with the funding and use of your card. See your Cardholder Agreement for details. Mobile Check Load service is not available for use within the state of New York.

👍👍VIRTUAL Card+And Security👍👍

I like this bank a lot. I had a bad charge placed on my account they fixed the problem Immediately without no hassle. No paperwork etc. A MAJOR Plus Is The Virtual Credit Cards They Issue And The REAL Time Notifications When Your Account Is Billed For ANY Charge. The Virtual Cards Are Awesome For Online Shopping 🛒 Or Anywhere the Physical Card is NOT Required!!You NEVER have to put your Main Card on the Internet. Virtual Cards Are Disposable TOO. Pay Once and Expire the Virtual Card . No more worries about bogus charges again. Another Plus Is You ALWAYS can get to your own Money. I had to get replacement cards . Instead of tying up my money until I received my replacements. I just used my Virtual Card. They Are Awesome 👏 when the physical card is not required. Nice Job

Not a necessary app

This app takes me longer to sign into then it does from my regular browser. My regular browser remembers my email and even has face recognition for my password. Every time I go onto this app, it forgets my email and I have to load it manually. So, I really see no need to use this app. When the app becomes user-friendly and easier to use than my browser, then maybe I will revisit this app.

Can’t use mobile check

I absolutely love PayPal and my MasterCard and how easy it is to reload... however the mobile check feature doesn’t work for me and gives me an error every time saying that it cannot verify my identity. I find this really annoying because I don’t have any other place that I can go cash my check without a fee. I tried calling tech-support and they were absolutely no help to me to try to figure out why this was happening. I had ordered another net spend card at one time and when I activated it this mobile check feature stopped working. I have been trying since to deactivate that other card so that maybe I can use the mobile check feature. Please help.
