PayTix® has partnered with cities across the US to enable users to pay for parking tickets in a safe and secure mobile environment without any added usage fee other than a member cities convenience fees (if applicable). PayTix® has direct connections to member cities parking systems and is a partner of the cities listed in our supported city list. We feel adding app "usage fees" on top of what you pay for a parking ticket is unfair and burdensome to you, the "public", and we are totally committed to keeping PayTix® FREE. We do not charge a "usage fee" to download the PayTix® app. Please note, some member cities may apply a "convenience" or "service" fee to transactions to cover the cost of providing services to the public. Why use PayTix®? Since PayTix® is fully supported by member cities you can be assured that your payment is handled with the same security safe guards that are available to you on our member cities payment websites. We do not store your credit card data (anywhere) and we are fully PCI DSS compliant. When you pay for your parking tickets with PayTix™, you are paying with the same service that processes payments for the member cities today. PayTix® has native interfaces to our member cities systems. How To Use PayTix®?: Simply pick the city that you got your parking ticket in and either scan the ticket number bar code on the ticket or manually enter the ticket number into PayTix® and press the Submit button. PayTix® will then guide you through the ticket payment process in 4 easy steps. If your ticket is not in the city's parking system yet, don't worry, PayTix® will setup simple reminders and a "Ticket List" for you to check your tickets availability.

Double charged me, and won’t respond to my messages

First, the app displayed error messages saying my debit card wasn’t working. I carefully re-entered my card info multiple times and kept getting the same message. Eventually I went back square one to where you enter your ticket #, and re-entered that. It said I owed $0. So I checked with my bank account and it indicated I HAD been charged - TWICE! This app has a help-support option that just allows you to send them an email. I have sent two emails this way to them. So far no response. Not even a standard automated “we’ve received your message.” Also, no email confirmation of two payments or even a confirmation that I’ve registered with the app. There is no phone number listed on this app or any other way to contact them other than what I’ve described above. No other recourse whatsoever to address this.

This App should of been designed to make paying tickets easier not harder ? First off when you pay the Ticket you are supposed to get a confirmation sent to your email for the payment like a receipt . This App sends nothing to your email to confirm your payments ? When I emailed the developer they said check my spam mail so I did nothing there ? Then they said call the city where I payed for the ticket & ask them for a confirmation ? What why should I even bother using this App this has happened 3 times ? Better to drive to City Hall & pay in person or use there website this App is just Idiotic ???????

Im so happy I didn’t have to call in to paid my parking ticket it was the easiest apt download the app a few question add Credit card to paid the ticket and add email and all together it took like 5 minutes where was you at? Im so happy I didn’t have to call in to paid my parking ticket it was the easiest apt download the app a few question add Credit card to paid the ticket and add email and all together it took like 5 minutes where was you at? I’m so happy I have an easy way to paid my tickets hopefully no more but you never know living in the city and sed me my confirmation on my email thank you

Self explanatory app. Paid my ticket with no issues. One you hit pay now it takes a few seconds-minutes to process. do not close app or go back even if it seems like it’s taking longer than what you would expect. I waited and once my payment was processed i received my receipt via email.
