I have had this app for, probably, a couple of years and everything was fine, until one of the updates deleted the “Imported Files“ folder and all of my files contained therein. Unfortunately, even though I had this app backed up on the cloud, none of the files/documents could be found. Save your time, money, and, most importantly, your documents, and find something else.

It’s very good app but alas I am not able to purchase it. Every time I try to click on the buy button it gives me an error popup: Error The receipt is not valid.

Hello,Sorry about the trouble with purchasing—and thank you for flagging the “Receipt is not valid” popup. This usually points to an App Store receipt verification issue. Please try these steps:Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.Open the App Store, tap your profile, and check if the purchase shows as Pending. If it does, wait for Apple to finish processing, then open the app and tap Settings > Restore Purchase.Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically = On.Try a different network (switch Wi-Fi/cellular), then retry.Restart the iPhone.App Store > profile > Media & Purchases > Sign Out, then Sign In again and try the purchase once more.If it still fails, please email us at support@livebirdtechnologies.com with:- A screenshot of the error- Your device model and iOS version- Your country/region and the plan you’re trying to buy.- The approximate time you attempted the purchaseWe’ll investigate right away and make sure you can complete the purchase successfully.Best regards,Team PDF Export
