Peace Instead helps you step away from automatic scrolling and choose what you actually want to do with your time. When you have a few minutes, Peace offers five small, thoughtful ideas. Pick one, put the phone down, and go do it. You might: • Take a short walk or stretch • Read something worth reading • Discover an album or artist • Learn a phrase in another language • Cook something new • Play chess or Sudoku • Pause for a breathing exercise • Tackle one small thing you’ve been putting off • Rediscover a book, film, or simple activity • Do absolutely nothing for a few intentional minutes Peace learns from the choices you make and gradually gives you more relevant suggestions. There’s no feed to keep scrolling and no pressure to stay inside the app. A different relationship with notifications Choose how often you want Peace to gently knock during your waking hours. When it does, you can see five ideas, choose something yourself, read a thought, or simply ignore it. No guilt. No broken streak. No punishment for not opening the app. Discover, then leave For activities where another service is genuinely useful, Peace can help you get there — for example, finding music, a book, a language-learning tool, or a recipe. For things better done without an app — walking, stretching, breathing, going outside, making tea or tidying something up — Peace simply gets out of the way. Keep what stays with you Peace includes a carefully curated collection of thoughts and sayings. Keep the ones that mean something to you and revisit them later. See the time you reclaimed History shows the moments you deliberately chose across five simple areas: Movement · Things done · Enjoyment · Learning · Quiet See what you started, what you completed, and the thoughts you decided to keep. Private by default Peace works without creating an account. Your activity and preferences stay on your device. If you choose to use Protect My Peace, you can sign in to securely back up your preferences, saved thoughts and Peace history. Peace isn’t about using your phone less. It’s about making sure your time is actually yours.
