It’s FREE to sign up and FREE to use! Co-parents can send and document messages for FREE but will need a SUBSCRIPTION for the limiting features. Please read below on how this works.

Check out these FREE features:

• Safe and Secure: All your data is kept safe in the cloud and available only to you

• Tamper-proof and unalterable documentation of communication to use in legal situations.

• Ability to attach documents and photos to share info with your co-parent

• Enjoy knowing the date and time messages are sent and seen

• Export the entire message communication, or just those within a specific time frame to share with others or print for court-admissible use

• Weekly tips that promote healthy communication

• Keep the peace using the "bad words" filter

• Choose pre-written messages that help co-parents keep the peace

• Flag “important” or “offensive” messages

• Get resources about healthy communication: books, articles, and co-parenting classes available to you!

These “create the peace” features are available with SUBSCRIPTION:

• Limit the length of text messages so they're concise and to the point (150 character limit)

• Set the number of messages you'd like to receive each day

• Determine the time of day you want to receive messages

• Canned messages can force parents to use pre-written messages to cut out the nastiness but keep communication open about the important stuff - your children!

• Establish a waiting period if you’d like cooling-off time between messages to promote thoughtful messages and diffuse a heated exchange

• Allow file or photo attachments or block attachments

Here’s what one user said about Peaceful CoParent:
“On a personal note, this app is EXACTLY what I’ve needed for the last 5 years. Most coparenting apps are focused on finances or scheduling. You all hit the nail on the head with the most IMPORTANT collaboration - respecting boundaries and preventing one another from overstepping them. You saved my sanity, my children’s sanity and all of my friends and family who have stood by powerless and unable to help me. I’m telling everyone I know with a toxic ex about this app! Thanks!”

Sometimes it's hard to know how to respond to messages from your co-parent. That's why we give users Resources and Tips right inside the app every day that teach co-parents about healthy communication. Whether issues include child custody, navigating separation and divorce, parenting plans, or litigation and court appearances, Peaceful CoParenting Messenger can help.

Bill Eddy, pioneer of the High Conflict Personality Theory, attorney, licensed clinical social worker, speaker, trainer and expert in conflict resolution, contributes to the tips and information we bring to you inside Peaceful CoParent to help you create harmony with your co-parent. Straight from the High Conflict Institute, we’ve got your back on specific strategies that can help you and your co-parent communicate in a healthier way!

We want to hear from you about how to make our app better. Suggest pre-written messages that you think should be added. Give us feedback on how we can improve. We give you our word to take your feedback to heart and make changes for the best product possible. Email support@peacefulparentapp.com.

What’s New

Version 2.4.0

Sometimes co-parents block each other from sending messages inside the app. With this latest update, the app documents who blocked whom with the date and time it occurred. When co-parents are using their Communication Report (which shows all the messages they have sent to each other) in court or for other purposes, this document will now clearly show who has shut-off communication and the date and time it occurred. Some co-parents have a court-order to communicate with each other, and/or a legal agreement that states when and how they need to communicate with each other. When one co-parent blocks the other co-parent, this can significantly disrupt their communication flow about the children. Now, co-parents have the ability to further showcase what is happening with their flow of communication and prove it with a tamper-proof and unalterable record of communication. Stay peaceful!

Finally!

Finally, an app (i don’t know a other platform or software either) that allows you to “pause” yourself or your coparent when things get heated-to prevent things from escalating via text. The template or preset responses to use are perfect for keeping things on a business level. It’s like having a co-parenting specialist/therapist (which i did pay a ton for) helping YOU & your coparent navigate what can be tricky communication. It does all the traditional things that co parenting internet based platforms do (for documentation ) but is so much more.

A controlling narcissist's dream app

This app has features that seem handy to a parent with an abusive coparent, however a parent that needs protection would be likely to not apply them. However, a parent who is abusive sets things into "canned chat" limits characters, messages per day etc making it impossible to even coordinate or do anything really. It took me reaching out to my coparent's lawyer and costing him money to even be allowed to set summer vacation plans. God forbid there is ever an emergency that does not allow for the time it takes to email lawyer and finish the loop. When set to limited characters and 30min between messages it glitches and resets the timer causing for one simple communication to take several days. All the while as the parent that wants to cooperate, I get long chains, accusations etc after hours and simply as a silent whipping post.
Needless to say court is likely again in the near future and as bad for the kids as it is now; it will paint the narcissist for me

Lifesaver!

Peaceful Parent has been a lifesaver. For many years my son’s father, and I have had many unproductive conversations. Which ultimately directly impact our son. Peaceful Parent has provided an invaluable tool to ensure the emotion is taken out, and only the facts are communicated between parties. It allows us to pause, and be thoughtful with our communication. And, maybe, just maybe a little kinder. In addition, the support/customer service in navigating the App has been excellent. Thank you Peaceful Parent; thank you for giving us the gift of peace!
