*UPDATE*They finally updated the password length field to more than 12 characters. Although, their “developer response” shows a lack of understanding. They seem to operate on the belief that PCI requires that a password be limited to a maximum of twelve characters. Still, every time an “upgrade” is completed, we have to download yet another app, never mind that every time they “upgrade” a system, they are down for days to upgrade. The interface still looks like an interns (not even) finest work. Words like “Carpooling” wrapping one character on the next line. The “edit” link for replenishment is almost off the screen (can I just edit my amount?? Or am I adding funds? No idea!)Good enough for government work!I did upgrade from one to two stars, mainly because I can at least get into it now.

It is clear from the UX of attempting to use this app that very little if any testing happened. Some of the issues are just friction, like the fact that rather than assuming less indicated otherwise that your vehicle is registered in the state where you live, it defaults in Georgia. Some issues are with system, defaults, like the fact that it defaults to whatever format of address you enter instead of the Postal Service, correct format, even though the ladder is a safer bet. However, the most egregious issues are with outright usability, like the state drop down on the vehicle information page while registering. That page has no scroll function, and because the state field is at the bottom and is a drop-down, if you live in any state that falls after West Virginia in the alphabet, you simply cannot select that state in the drop-down. There is no point in developing an app nominally available to anyone if you are not going to test to make sure the people who live in, say, Wisconsin or Wyoming can actually use your app.

I have tried multiple times to log into the app. I tried multiple times logging into the web browser. Both have had complications with logging in. It says I have the wrong email address, yet it I receive emails from Georgia Peach Pass to that email address. The app and the browser do not work for me to login anymore. The last two months I have had to call in to make payments. I don't understand. I even tried the automated service today for the reason that I was unable to get through to Customer Service before they closed at 6 PM. I could not even make a payment through the automated service. This is frustrating and exhausting. Obviously I am not the only one that has a problem with this system. I hope it is fixed soon!

This app is all but useless. I’m on the phone, waiting for customer service, again, because of this app. The recording keeps bragging about how I can use the app to do what the app is clearly incapable of doing. Additionally it randomly decides to not use facial recognition or even the password. Then when you change the password, it doesn’t remember it at all. It’s a joke. PS. After submitting this review I received a ludicrous note that perhaps I should get my phone to remember my password and enable facial ID, as if I hadn’t already done that. This is the kind on mindless response their app provides regularly. You might as well call your problem in, unless mindless and totally disconnected AI responses are your thing.
