Penmate: Send mail to jail 4+

I love this app. It’s a little pricey but it’s not too bad. My only problem is, it takes way too long to get to the facility. Almost 2 weeks every order. Other than that it’s great

Penmate is a trustworthy app that works great. I was happy to see that they print your emails and photos and actually mail them to the inmate. A physical letter and photos they can hold and keep is far better that electronic communications they can only see on a device. An actual letter feels more personal. Penmate does charge you, but it’s a reasonable fee for all the work they do for you. I recommend communicating with inmates responsibly with the full knowledge that facilities monitor and read all communication. I’m impressed with the Penmate app and company and recommend them 100%.

Don’t even waste your time this app is trash!! It makes no sense that I sent a letter one week ago and my letter still hasn’t even been sent. If you guys are going to offer shipping for letters why not give us the option to over might it or express it and just charge us an extra fee??? It shouldn’t be taking nearly two weeks for my letter to be sent. That’s not even including processing! They processed my letter for two days then they shipped it and every time I check the tracking it’s showing the same thing and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. First it said it’ll be to the inmate on the 1st of June now it’s saying the 3rd of June…. At this point I’m done this is sad!
