Good service

I love this app. It’s a little pricey but it’s not too bad. My only problem is, it takes way too long to get to the facility. Almost 2 weeks every order. Other than that it’s great

Ugh

Sent my first letter and that went fine. This second time around- it was submitted 7 days ago now with a delivery date of Saturday the 11th- it still shows estimate date Saturday the 11th when it is now Monday the 13th. I’ve contacted customer service about it 3 times now and have heard absolutely nothing. Says “we will be with you in a few hours” well it’s been days. So disappointing.

This app felt like a scam. I’ve sent four different letters , photos on different timings and different dates to my boyfriend, and yet he never received any of them so I reached out to tell them and they wanted me to spend even more money to resend them. I can understand if one letter not being received, but every single one that I’ve sent out never been received. I don’t have no issues, but any other app but this one.

If your loved one did not receive your message, and it was not returned to you, it usually means the facility did not approve your letter.
