Pepper Palace 4+

Another, semi-pepperhead, here.
While I can’t buy my FAVORITE hot sauce here (Scoville Scale’), these people are serious foodies, or, at least, they provide eats, for us, AS serious culinary people.
I have purchased many products from PepperPalace, and was only disappointed, once (seems you can’t buy a really spicy “green” sauce. Pity..), trying to purchase a ready-made super-spicy, super FRUITY sauce using “green” peppers, and not much vinegar. I’ve evolved my own sauce over, perhaps, 2 years but it’s VERY seasonal (maybe I’ll try canning it).
Anyway I still buy and try many sauces from these people. A greatly enjoyable experience. As a “not quite” chili-head, I’d suggest that you consider the “heat rating” just a schooch low, as in very hot= kinda hot, with vinegar. The only other place to shop is where I buy Tim Myer’s sauces, which, politely, I won’t include the address here. Overall, this website is certainly enough to provide many enjoyable meals!

I came to New Orleans for the first time with my wife and my little girl or two years old to go to my father-in-law wedding. I ran across your shop and stepped inside and see the types of seasonings and rubs and wing sauces and accessories you have I took some home and I use it on various meats and to my surprise and everyone that eat them they loved it.I give you 100% on your product and will be a long and faithful customer I’m retired US Army soldier. I went to Iraq and seasonings there and what you have you have them beat. Thank you very much.

I was introduced to this hot sauce by a coworker.
Since that time, I have absolutely fallen in love with the seasoning shaker. It is a super convenient way to convert any boring plate of spaghetti or boring bowl of chili into something that is tantalizing to the tongue to eat. So far I have purchased six of them and also one bottle of the sauce. I use a glass rod to distribute the sauce into chili, but when I’m on the go, the shaker bottle works perfectly. I like the way the heat turns on slowly & evenly. But WOW it IS HOT! I am thrilled with the taste and heat of this product! You have a lifelong customer!
