This app is awful
I love my Bartesian. We have two of them. Solid product. The app however, is horrific. It’s not user friendly, you can’t manage your subscription or shop from it, and it basically undoes anything you are able to start from it. Its more frustration than it’s worth to even try to use it. For a company with such a great product, you’d think they’d have a better app!
Does not work well
Downloaded to place order hoping to create a subscription and get a discount on accessories at the same times since mobile web did not do this at the same time. When I tried to create subscription it went straight to a white page.
I hope the machine works a lot better than the app!
Subscription malfunction
I want to rate it 5 stars! But it doesn’t let you manage your subscription even though that is one of the main tabs on your opening screen. It just constantly says loading subscriptions and never comes up. So disappointed as that’s what I mainly wanted it for!
