Great for reservations but that’s it
I have been waiting for PP to create an app and so glad they finally did! This is more convenient for making reservations compared to using the website on your phone’s internet browser. Unfortunately it doesn’t have all the features of the website. If all you need to do is make, view or cancel a reservation then this app is great. You cannot view your pet’s profile, upload medical records, view webcams, or see remaining days on a day camp pass. Our dogs frequent PP so it would be great to have all these features in the app. Also, it’s very frustrating that you have to log in every time you open the app and you have to manually type your login information because it doesn’t save anything or have Face ID capability. This kind of defeats the purpose of an app. Overall, the app is fine for reservations but I’m hoping that additional features will be added so it functions like the website.

App is ok
I was able to make the reservation easy enough but the Home Screen of the app doesn’t allow you to scroll down and you can only see half the message to make a reservation. I wish I could show a screenshot because it doesn’t seem to work properly. There is also no ability to see the webcams either. It’s just a basic reservation app. I will say it is easier to make a reservation than the website. The website is terrible.

Works well for reservations. Opportunities for improvement: make the log in process work with Face ID, integrate the webcams. Thanks
